Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
